A rejuvenating women’s retreat in Thailand inspired by the five elements and the wisdom of Tantra
This is a wellness oriented rejuvenating retreat for women who wish to learn esoteric notions about the elements, while enjoying the beauty of Thailand’s nature. Rooted in the millenary science of Integral Yoga and Esoteric Tantra, we will immerse ourselves in the ancient wisdom of life to know and nourish our nature as women.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through inspiring lectures, interactive workshops, Hatha Yoga, guided meditation, sensual dance sessions, sound bath sessions, sharing sessions, a spa night and a beautiful ceremony. Together, these experiences invite you on a physical, emotional and spiritually rejuvenating journey and, even more importantly, help you to discover yourself.
The Five Elements
At the heart of this women’s retreat lies the ancient wisdom of Tantra Yoga and the five subtle elements (Tattvas). While these are primarily known as the building blocks of nature, they also significantly shape our inner world as women
Each day, one of the elements will be explored through teachings and practices, helping you awaken and embody its unique feminine energy.
- Earth (Prithivi) – Grounding & Nourishment: Discover how to feel rooted and steady in yourself. As a result, you’ll learn to nourish your body and spirit so you can become a stable, abundant source of life and love.
- Water (Apas) – Sensuality: Awaken your natural sensuality and emotional fluidity. In doing so, you’ll reclaim the freedom to express your erotic energy with grace, confidence, and joy.
- Fire (Tejas) – Confidence & Radiance: Tap into your inner fire and build self-confidence and personal power. Therefore, you allow yourself to shine fully, unapologetically, and authentically.
- Air (Vayu) – Love & Sisterhood: Open your heart and expand into deeper connection. In addition, learn how to strengthen bonds with other women and uplift yourself through love, empathy, and conscious support.
- Ether (Akasha) – Spiritual Clarity: Discover how to become a source of feminine inspiration and access a higher dimension of spiritual wisdom.
You will learn to:
- Rebalance your body, mind, and spirit through the five elements
- Explore your feminine nature in a grounded and embodied way
- Cultivate emotional freedom and sensual self-expression
- Build deep self-confidence and personal radiance
- Open yourself to love, support, and conscious sisterhood
- Access your inner intuition, stillness, and spiritual power
This retreat is not just about learning – It’s about feeling, experiencing, and coming home to yourself. You’ll be held in a space of beauty, nature, and sisterhood, where real transformation happens gently and naturally.
